Q: How long does it take to receive my wig?
A: Online orders usually take 10 business days to process and ship, as each wig is customised to perfection before dispatch. Express options may be available on request.

Q: Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

A: At the moment, same-day and next-day delivery is only available for certain in-stock items within Birmingham, this applies to all wigs in the ready to ship section. If in doubt please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes – once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Wig Details & Care

Q: What size are your wigs?
A: Most TRhair wigs are 22.5 inches cap size, which fits the average head comfortably. Custom sizing is available on request.

Q: Are your wigs glueless?
A: Many of our wigs can be worn glueless, but we also offer install services for a more secure fit.

Q: How do I care for my wig?
A: Use sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, wash gently, and store on a wig stand when not in use. Avoid excessive heat to prolong your wig’s life.
